Club 8 Disclaimer

Club 8 is a values-driven initiative committed to integrity, lawful conduct, and genuine social impact. To ensure full transparency, trust, and accountability within our community, we make the following statements regarding what Club 8 stands for, and what we strictly do not allow or engage in:

1. Not a Gang or Criminal Entity
Club 8 is not a gang and does not identify with or act in any way that could lead to such a perception. We do not associate with gangs, support gang activity, or promote any culture or ideology linked to criminal behavior. Any actions that contradict this principle will be addressed immediately and directly.

2. Zero Tolerance for Money Laundering
Club 8 does not and will not engage in any form of money laundering. Any suspicion or evidence of money laundering will be reported immediately to New Zealand’s fraud agencies and police. We will cooperate fully with authorities and pursue the full extent of the law to protect the integrity of our club.

3. Not a Registered Charity
Club 8 is not a registered charity. All funds used to assist individuals or communities are strictly sourced from membership fees, merchandise sales, and investors. Any community help we provide is a reflection of our values, not a claim of charitable status.

4. Emergency Response and Volunteer Safety
Club 8 offers support in community emergencies, such as natural disasters, local clean-ups, and public aid efforts. We do not put volunteers in danger, nor do we take on roles meant for emergency services. Any high-risk situations will be left to the police, fire department, ambulance, or military, as appropriate. Our role is supportive, never frontline.

5. Illegal Activity and Member Accountability
Club 8 does not support or encourage illegal behavior. While we can’t control every individual’s choices, we uphold high standards. If a member is found to be engaging in illegal activity, they will be spoken to directly and given a clear warning. If the behavior continues or the warning is ignored, they will be permanently removed from the club. We believe in growth, but also in protecting the values we stand on. All concerns can be reported confidentially.

6. Responsible Assistance Policy
All donations or financial help provided by Club 8 are for the genuine upliftment of the community, not for personal gain of the giver or the receiver. We aim to help people indefinitely, not just temporarily. Club 8 does not assist individuals actively involved in gambling, substance abuse, or self-destructive behaviors unless there is clear and consistent effort being made to change. We help those who are helping themselves.

7. No Gambling or Games of Chance
Club 8 does not support, promote, or involve itself in gambling or any activity based on chance. We do not run raffles, lotteries, or betting-related events. All our events, challenges, and opportunities are based on skill, contribution, and merit.

8. Data Privacy and Security
We respect every member’s privacy. Club 8 does not sell, misuse, or share member information. All data is handled securely and confidentially, with members’ trust as a priority.

9. Conflicts of Interest
All Club 8 leaders, volunteers, and collaborators are expected to act in the best interests of the community. Any personal or financial conflicts must be declared. Misuse of position or influence for personal gain is not tolerated.

10. Terms Subject to Change
This disclaimer and our internal policies may evolve over time as Club 8 grows. Members will be notified of major updates. Participation in the club signifies your agreement with the values and terms outlined here.
