Club 8 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of and participation in Club 8, its services, platforms, events, and products. By engaging with Club 8, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not engage with Club 8 in any capacity.

1. Membership Terms

  • Membership is not equivalent to ownership, shares, or legal stake in Club 8.

  • Members do not hold any financial or legal entitlement over Club 8’s assets, operations, or decisions.

  • Memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Club 8 reserves the right to revoke membership if the member goes against the laid-out terms and conditions.

  • Members are expected to embody the Club’s values: growth, discipline, and contribution.

  • At Club 8 events, members must wear black, be well-groomed, and present themselves with pride. Failure to uphold this image may result in denied entry or removal from the Club.

  • To Join a Members Only Skill Challenge you must be holding a Gold Membership or higher for 2 weeks before entry is acceptable.

2. Staff and Contributions

  • All staff and helpers are volunteers. Any time, effort, goods or services provided toward building or operating Club 8 are considered voluntary contributions or donations.

  • Volunteering and/or Contributing Goods/Time/Effort/Services does not equate to ownership, employment, or legal obligation from Club 8.

3. Events & Behaviour

  • Club 8 does not tolerate illegal behaviour. Members involved in criminal activity will be spoken to directly. If such behaviour continues, they will be removed from the Club permanently.

  • Club 8 is not responsible for the private actions of its members outside of Club-sanctioned events.

  • We do not run raffles, gambling, or any game of chance. Any appearance of such must be reported immediately.

4. Merchandise

  • All merchandise sales are final unless the product is faulty or arrives damaged due to our error.

  • No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong sizing, or misuse.

5. Use of Brand and Name

  • Club 8 is owned and directed by The Architect.

  • Any use of the Club 8 name, brand, logo, visuals, or likeness without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and/or removal from the community.

  • Members or non-members may not represent Club 8 or speak on its behalf unless explicitly authorised.

6. Crypto Projects

  • If Club 8 ever launches a cryptocurrency token, it will be officially announced on www.club8nz.com.

  • Any other coins, tokens, or assets using the Club 8 name or likeness are not affiliated with us.

  • Club 8 will never rug-pull or create artificial market manipulation.

  • Any impersonation or misleading creation of "Club 8" coins will be reported and legally pursued.

7. Community Assistance and Emergency Response

  • Club 8 is not a charity and is not registered as one.

  • All community aid and donations come from membership funds, merchandise sales, and investors, not for profit or personal gain.

  • Assistance is given to individuals or communities actively working to improve their situation. Those suffering from addiction, gambling, or self-sabotage will be reviewed before aid is offered.

  • The Club 8 Emergency Response Unit exists only for safe, coordinated support (e.g. cleanup after natural disasters, safe aid delivery). Volunteers are never placed in danger. Risky situations are left to official agencies like Police, Fire, Ambulance, and Military.

8. Legal and Transparency

  • Club 8 is not a gang, does not associate with gangs, and does not engage in or support criminal activity.

  • Club 8 will report all suspected money laundering to New Zealand Police and the appropriate fraud agencies.

  • Any attempts to use Club 8 for illegal financial activity will be passed on to authorities immediately and in full.

9. Liability

  • Club 8 is not liable for personal injury, damage, or loss sustained during or outside any Club event.

  • All participation in Club 8 events is voluntary and done at the member’s own risk.

  • By joining or participating in Club 8, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

  • Club 8 may collaborate with external venues, brands, or service providers for certain events. While we aim to work only with trusted parties, Club 8 holds no liability for the actions, services, or conduct of any third party. Members and attendees engage with third-party providers at their own risk.

10. Skill Challenge Access and Participation

  • The purchase of any membership offered by Club 8 does not constitute a guarantee of entry into Skill Challenges or related events. Access to Skill Challenges is subject to availability and shall be allocated according to a tiered priority system.

  • Priority will be granted firstly to members holding the highest rank or status within the Club 8 membership structure, as defined and updated solely at the discretion of Club 8. Thereafter, any remaining places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • By purchasing a membership, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts that:

  • Participation in Skill Challenges is not automatic or guaranteed.

  • Allocation is contingent upon rank-based eligibility and timely registration.

  • Club 8 reserves the right to amend, limit, or restructure participation criteria at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not contravene any applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Zealand’s courts.
